How to set up your Open InMail Campaign:

  1. Collecting and Separating Prospects with Open Profiles
SocialLead automatically collects prospects with Open Profiles from your search list within the campaign, separating them from other prospects and organizing them in a tab labelled Prospects with Open Profiles. These prospects are then arranged based on their Reply Prediction AI scores.

Note: If your Open InMail Campaign generates zero or below-expected number of prospects, it's highly probable that you don't have many prospects from your search list with Open Profiles or you can update your search list to pull up more leads.

  2. Set up your InMail Message

    • From your Dashboard, click on Campaigns

    • Select the appropriate Campaign

    • Click on InMail Messaging

    • Create the body of your message (Remember to include your InMail Subject Line)

    • Click on Save

    • Toggle the Send InMail to Open Profiles to enable.

Note: For best practices in setting up your InMail messaging, you may refer to InMail Messaging Tips and Examples.

  3. Allocate the number of InMails

    • Go to Settings to set the number of InMails for that campaign

Note: The maximum number of InMails set to be sent per day is 700 per month.

Warning! Do not skip this step. Your InMail message won't start sending to your prospects without any daily message allocation, even if your InMail is enabled.

Important note: Disabling or opting out of InMail by toggling the "Send InMail to Open Profiles" will result in the prospects gathered for Open InMail being returned to the connection request queue. You can then engage with them through your prospecting campaign instead.
