Understanding Your Outbox and Sent Items

Outbox

The outbox temporarily holds your manual responses before sending, allowing you to view all of the messages queued to send.

Important things to remember:

  1. Your manual responses will stay in your outbox for 20 minutes before being sent. If they remain unsent for longer, contact support for help.

  2. SocialLead is designed to prevent more than one message from going to a lead to ensure smooth communications. To ensure that your message will be sent, gather your thoughts into a single message to your prospect.

  3. Once a message is placed in the Outbox, it cannot be stopped from being sent. To prevent delivery, consider taking one of these actions:

  • Message the prospect directly via Sales Navigator. Feel free to dismiss the duplicate message in the SocialLead OutBox.

  • Disconnect from the person on LinkedIn, through your Sales Navigator, preventing further communications.

Sent Items

Sent items store records of all manual messages you've sent. After a manual message leaves the outbox and is successfully sent, it's moved to the sent items folder, serving as an archive for users to review their outgoing correspondence history.

Important Note: Your Outbox and Sent Items will only show manual messages you've sent or will send to prospects, not any automated messages from your SocialLead Campaign(s).
